At Wick & Ember Candle Co., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. 
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Please include a reason for the return when you contact us.
• To start the return process, send us a message at wickandembercandleco.com with your order number and the details of your request.
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. In the case of a defective item, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
